I feel compelled to remind you that thousands of SEIU Local 1000’s Fair Share Fee Payers have empowered me in writing, by their signed Power Of Attorney, to represent them in all matters regarding the 2011 Non-Germane Objector Challengers Arbitration and/or any related legal actions. At the same time they expect SEIU Local 1000 to be most forthcoming, transparent and as cooperative as required to fulfill our duty to the best of their expectations.
Also please be advised: If we do not receive a timely response by August 4, 2011 complying to these requests, as we are entitled to by existing law and SEIU policy, then it will indicate that SEIU has no intention of providing the documentation and transparency required to conduct a fair assessment of the challenged NGO expenditures in the upcoming arbitration hearings, and we will take all appropriate actions accordingly.
Sincerely,
