CPPEA is currently being staffed by Volunteers and financed by the contributions of only a few people. We need to expand and expedite the actions being taken by CPPEA to create a better workplace for ourselves as State Workers. We need funding for services such as Professional Attorney’s, and Signature Collectors for upcoming campaigns, and even Media Ads to educate the public as to what the real problems are in our state government, and how much impact our salaries and benefits actually have on the California economy, to counter the ongoing Anti-State Worker propaganda, to name just a few.
Without your support CPPEA will be hindered in taking our fight against the current condition of State Workers to the next level.
Without your support CPPEA progress will be delayed.
That means we will be stuck with SEIU, their continued lack of representation, and continued assault on our salaries and benefits!
In the meantime, the Government is swaying public opinion against the State Worker, and SEIU is not fighting against them. Swaying public opinion against any organization, entity, or person is the first step in smashing it. SEIU has permitted the administration to spread false propaganda against State Workers and our salaries have diminished over the past 12 years, without any beneficial effects to the State. Yet the current administration wants to take it to the next level and continue making cuts from the bottom of the ladder, instead of eliminating waste from this top-heavy, inefficient, and wasteful, government. Our Pensions are next in line to be ransacked. Every year new legislation is passed that makes our jobs more difficult, less efficient, and we are overloaded with redundant procedures that have minimal benefit, at best.
All this can be made public with Media Ad campaigns made possible with your contributions.
All this can be addressed with Petitions, Ballot Measures, and Professional Attorneys, but we need funding to move forward in an effective manner and at a faster speed.
We all know that money is tight, but if you can Contribute $5, or $10, or more, a month for just a few months, the results of CPPEA’s battle will be dramatically expedited!
CPPEA is member-led. We can’t do this alone!
CPPEA is a grass-roots movement whose accomplishments will benefit everyone, the administration, the state workers and the public, but our progress is protracted without your contributions.
